Wood is the least expensive per foot and Vinyl and Aluminum sit above it, with Composite typically highest. Slope, hard digging in decomposed granite, and gates all add cost. It depends on height and location on the lot, and the rules vary between cities and even between parcels. Rear and side yard fencing at standard residential height is often exempt, while taller fencing, street-facing fencing, and anything structural like a patio cover more often is not. Los Angeles also has designated Fence Height Districts that change what's allowed. We check your parcel before you sign.

A typical residential fence replacement is one to two days on site once materials are in. Custom gates, automation, patio covers and decks run longer. Lead time on materials is usually the bigger variable, and we give you a date range in writing with the estimate.

Yes. Removal, haul-away and disposal of the existing fence are included in the quote unless you tell us you want to keep it. There's no separate disposal charge added at the end.
