Aluminum is the default for driveway gates because of weight. A 16-foot double swing in aluminum puts far less load on the posts and hinges than the same gate in wood, which is what determines whether it still closes cleanly in year five.
It is also the easiest material to automate. We can rough in conduit and power for an operator now even if the operator comes later, which is far cheaper than trenching twice.
Demolition and haul-away of the existing structure are included, and you get a written itemised price you can compare line by line against other bids.

The combination most people want once they have seen it: an Aluminum frame doing the structural work, with Composite panels filling the bays.
- Why it works
- Aluminum posts do not rot, warp or need staining, and they carry a gate leaf better than a composite post will. The Composite gives you the woodgrain face across the span.
- Colour pairing
- Powder-coated frame in black, bronze or a custom match, with any of the six Composite finishes as infill. Charcoal frame with Teak infill is the one we build most.
- Why we can do it
- Both systems are fabricated in our own shop, so the frame is cut to your opening and the panels are cut to the frame. Most companies cannot mix two suppliers' systems this way.
